joined Macromedia with its merger with Allaire
Corporation, where Jeremy was a co-founder and

Allaire Corporation was a pioneer in using the
web as an application platform, and its industry
leading and award winning products power
millions of websites, online services and
business applications on the Internet. |

Amir Ashkenazi drives the overall

Most recently, Amir was Founder and Chief
Technology Officer of Shopping.com (formerly
DealTime.com), a leading online shopping service
that helps consumers make informed purchasing
decisions by comparing products, prices, and
stores Web-wide. Mr. Ashkenazi launched and
successfully led Shopping.com's technology and
research efforts. Shopping.com completed an
initial public offering in October 2004; the
company was later acquired by eBay (NASDAQ:
EBAY) in August 2005. Previously, Amir was
Director of Research for CommTouch Software. He
studied Computer Science and Economics at Tel

Research and Policy Analysis at the National
Cable and Telecommunications Association. Ms.
Brumfield began her career as Director of
Research at the Media Institute, a nonprofit
organization in Washington, DC. She has launched

Warren Chao,

In addition to
overseeing My Damn Channel’s operations, Chao is
responsible for managing the Company’s strategic
alliances and partnerships, including
syndication relationships with major portals to
distribute My Damn Channel’s
professionally-produced original entertainment
content. Chao most recently served as vice
president of business development and strategic
planning for Gemstar-TV Guide International
(NASDAQ: GMST), where he launched and managed
new initiatives across the company’s various
business units as part of a cross-platform
strategy that combined the audience reach of TV
Guide Magazine, the TV Guide Channel and
www.tvguide.com.
Chao was also part of Gemstar-TV Guide corporate
mergers and acquisitions team responsible for
acquiring new companies and technologies.
Previously, Chao worked as a venture capitalist
at DynaFund Ventures, in Los Angeles, and as an
attorney at Intel Capital in Silicon Valley. He
began his career as a corporate and licensing
attorney at the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini,
Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California. |

Peter Clem
is responsible for the development, creation and
distribution of video content for Scripps
Networks popular Web destinations including
HGTV.com, FoodNetwork.com, DIYnetwork.com,
FineLiving.com, and the Emmy Award-wining site
Living.com. Clem was instrumental in the
development and launch of the broadband channel
HGTV KitchenDesign. This new destination,
accessible at HGTVKitchenDesign.com, takes full
advantage of the rich video library Scripps has
built over the past 11 years, as well as “fat
pipe” interactive capabilities including
customizable design tools and personalized
portfolios. Clem joined Scripps Networks
in 1998 as executive producer for HGTV
Productions. Prior to joining Scripps,
Clem was a supervising producer for Northwest
Teleproductions in Minneapolis and a staff
producer for The Oprah Winfrey Show in Chicago.

Peter Csathy is a digital media
veteran and is the CEO of SightSpeed Inc.,
widely recognized as being the leader and
innovator in “Personal Video Services”,
including video and voice over IP
communications. Csathy previously served as
president and COO of Musicmatch, Inc., the
pioneering digital media company acquired by
Yahoo!. He also previously served as COO of
eNow, Inc. (now Relegence Corp.), another
innovative company acquired by AOL. Previously,
Csathy served nearly a decade in senior
management roles in traditional media companies,
including Universal Studios and New Line
Cinema. Csathy is a graduate of Harvard Law
School and the University of Minnesota. He
currently also serves on the Boards of Digital
Music Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMGI) and the
Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County.

Jon Gibs is Vice President, Media Analytics for
Nielsen Online. He specializes in research
methodology design and development using their
wide array of media measurement and market
research products. With 10
years of market research experience, Mr. Gibs
previously managed the U.S. based survey group
for Nielsen Online. Using their suite of
MegaPanel products, he has in-depth experience
in helping clients develop surveys and
methodologies to meet their strategic and
tactical needs.
Prior to Nielsen Online, Mr. Gibs was an analyst
and analytics director at Jupiter Research.
During his time there he developed numerous
client reports based on primary survey
analysis. He specialized in developing analyses
merging behavioral and survey analysis to
develop further insight into a wide array of
online consumer markets. Mr. Gibs received a
Master’s Degree in Geography, specializing in
spatial statistics, from the State University of
New York at Buffalo. His Bachelor’s Degree is
from Clark University in Geography. |

Mike Gordon is responsible for ensuring that Limelight's

today's media companies. Prior to Limelight,
Mike co–founded Axient Communications, which
built a nationwide next–generation Internet
network; co–founded Cyclone Commerce, an
enterprise software company that provides
cross–enterprise collaboration solutions; and
co–founded Gateway Data Sciences Corporation, a
software and services company. Mike has also
held marketing and management positions at IBM
and National City Bank. |

Eyal Hertzog,

Eyal Hertzog
his a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of
Metacafe, a place where artists create,
consumers interact and technology enables
communication. Prior to co-founding Metacafe,
where he drives product innovation and content
strategy, Mr. Hertzog co-founded Contact
Networks in 1998, one of the first
interpersonal, professional online networks. At
Contact Networks, he was responsible for overall
product strategy and overall technical
architecture, and managed strategic
relationships with Nokia, GemPlus, Comverse and
other large partners. He has also advised US and
Israeli high-tech startups on strategy, product
roadmaps and technology architecture, and worked
with Israeli venture capital firm Millennium
Capital Venture as an investment advisor. Mr.
Hertzog got his start in the technology industry
in the Israeli army, where he served four years
as an IT department manager for the Intelligence
Core. After leaving the military in 1997, he
joined serial networking startup Class Data
Systems as an application marketing engineer.
The company was later sold to Cisco for $50
million, and Mr. Hertzog invested his windfall
from the deal into his first startup, Contact
Networks.

Mike Hudack, CEO,

Mike Hudack
is a co-founder of blip.tv and serves as the
company's president and CEO. Prior to blip.tv,
Mike worked as a developer and administrator for
the National Hockey League, where he managed the
team responsible for one of the biggest IT
projects in the history of the League —
consolidating and re-developing the NHL's
internal applications, which serve hundreds of
employees using dozens of technologies. Mike
also developed the content management system for
NHL.com and redesigned the software used to
bring scores and statistics from dozens of
simulraneous hockey games to fans in real-time.
He has created and maintained more than a half
dozen independent media projects, including
warstories:CC, warblogs:CC and the Index of
Evil. His independent projects have been covered
by the Washington Post, USA Today, the PBS
Newshour, NPR and Forbes, among others.

professionals. Lora has over 15 years of
strategic marketing, branding and online
experience working for a variety of businesses
and markets, spanning from entertainment, music,
technology, to loyalty, financial, and travel

Daphne Kwon,

Daphne Kwon co-founded ExpoTV, www.expotv.com,
which is distributed through partnerships with
the world’s largest portals including Yahoo!,
AOL, Google and YouTube; to leading ecommerce
destinations like Smarter.com and Buy.com; and
to more than 25 million digital cable homes
through VOD partnerships with Comcast, Time
Warner, Charter, Verizon and other cable
operators. Prior to founding ExpoTV, Kwon
served as Chief Financial Officer and a founding
employee of Oxygen Media, overseeing finance,
business development, and technology. Prior to
joining Oxygen, Kwon reported to the President
of the Disney/ABC Cable Networks as Director of
Business Planning, which resulted in the
successful launches of Toon Disney, SoapNet, and
the Lifetime Movie Network. Prior to moving to
ABC, Kwon worked in Disney’s Corporate Strategic
Planning Department, where she was responsible
for business planning of the media company’s
television, film and recorded music divisions.
Daphne holds business degrees from Harvard
Business School and the University of Michigan.

Tara Maitra, Vice
President, General Manager of Programming, Tivo,
Inc. |

Tara Maitra
serves as Vice President, General Manager of
Programming for TiVo. In this role, Maitra is
responsible for cultivating relationships with
content companies and unique content offerings
for delivery via broadband. Previously, Maitra
served as Senior Director of content development
at Comcast, where she was responsible for
day-to-day operations of Select on Demand, a
collection of new niche non-linear networks
delivered via video on-demand and broadband.
Maitra helped to create new channels through
partnerships, acquisitions and original
programming. Prior to Comcast, Maitra was
Executive Vice President, General Manager of
Primedia Digital Video, where she developed
on-demand and broadband video businesses for
Primedia's established print franchises. Her
accomplishments include launching video services
on Comcast and Real Networks. Ms. Maitra also
held a series of editorial and management
positions at NBC, including Vice President,
General Manager of CNBC/Dow Jones Business
Video, a joint venture of NBC, Microsoft and Dow
Jones. There she led the development and managed
one of the first profitable streaming video web
sites to offer financial content thru both
subscription and syndication models. A graduate
of Washington and Lee University, located in
Lexington, Virginia, Ms. Maitra holds a B.A. in
Journalism and Psychology.

Ted Malone, Vice

As VP of product marketing, Ted is responsible
for the creation and execution of the overall
product and service strategy for Sling Media,
Inc. Prior to Sling Media, Ted served as VP of
Corporate Strategy & Marketing for Digital Deck
where he was responsible for the creation of the
overall product and service strategy for the
company as well as corporate marketing
activities. Prior to Digital Deck, Ted was the
Senior Director of Product Marketing at TiVo.
Prior to joining TiVo, Ted was a senior
engineering manager at Alias/Wavefront, where he
developed the product requirements, and managed
the development team, for the creation of two
versions of the Zap!iT digital video software
line. Before that, he led the studio production
group of Silicon Graphic’s Silicon Studio
division, designing and building the Silicon
Graphics Entertainment Technology Center and
managing a team through the creation of
animation, video and performance animation
projects. Ted has also been an instructor at the
Academy of Art College, teaching various courses
on special effects for film and video. Ted holds
a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State
University.

Dennis
Miller is a General Partner at Spark Capital.
Mr. Miller has led Spark's investments in
Twistbox Entertainment, Xoova, and Next New
Networks. Mr. Miller was most recently a
Managing Director of Constellation Ventures, the
venture investment arm of Bear Stearns in New
York. Prior to Constellation Ventures, Mr.
Miller served in a number of high level
executive positions at leading media companies.
From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Miller was Executive Vice
President of Lions Gate Entertainment. Prior to
joining Lions Gate, Mr. Miller was Executive
Vice President of Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE).
From 1990-1995, Mr. Miller was Executive Vice
President of Turner Network Television, with
responsibility for production, business affairs
and original programming for the TNT Network.
Mr. Miller began his career as an attorney with
Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg and Phillips in Los
Angeles. Mr. Miller holds a Juris Doctorate from
Boalt Law School at the University of California
at Berkeley and a BA in Political Science from
the University of California at San Diego.

Universal, Peter Naylor drives advertising sales
for all of the company’s digital properties,
including NBC.com, NBCSports.com, CNBC.com,
SciFi.com, Bravotv.com, USANetwork.com,
AccessHollywood.com, DOTCOMEDY.com,
FIRSTLOOK.com and iVillage and its affiliated
businesses such as Healthology, Gardenweb and
Astrology.com. Prior to his post at NBC
Universal, Naylor headed advertising sales for
the iVillage Properties, which was acquired by
NBC Universal in May 2006. At iVillage, he was
responsible for overseeing the activities of the
iVillage sales team and driving new partnerships
and advertising revenue opportunities for the
company. Before joining iVillage in April 2002,
he served as Vice President of Sales, Eastern
Region/National Agency Relations for Terra
Lycos, which is a leading portal. Previously,
Naylor served as Eastern Sales Director for
Wired Digital Interactive, an online pioneer of
commercial publishing on the Web. He has also
held advertising sales positions with Vanity
Fair and Spin magazines and at radio stations
WSSH in Boston and WSRO in Marlboro,
Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree in economics and English from Denison
University in Ohio.

Herb
Scannell was most recently Vice Chairman of MTV
Networks and President of Nickelodeon Networks.
Mr. Scannell oversaw all creative and business
operations for a portfolio of brands and
businesses for MTV Networks including:
Nickelodeon, the #1 rated network in cable TV
for 10 years running; TV Land, the cable home of
classic TV; and Spike TV, the first network for
men. Additionally, Mr. Scannell was responsible
for Nickelodeon's digital cable TV networks
(including Noggin/the N), its robust online
offerings, and its successful feature film
division. Mr. Scannell also led the Consumer
Products division of Nickelodeon and Viacom,
which under his watch grew into the third
largest licensing business in the world. Mr.
Scannell first began his career at MTV Networks
as Director of Programming, Nickelodeon in 1988.
During the early years, Mr. Scannell was
instrumental in turning Nickelodeon into a
production powerhouse with the birth of
Nicktoons (Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy, Doug) and
innovative live action shows such as Clarissa
Explains It All and the Secret World of Alex
Mack. Prior to joining Nickelodeon and MTV
Networks, Mr. Scannell held various marketing
and promotional positions in pay TV at The Movie
Channel and Showtime. At Showtime as Director of
Program Promotion, he created the award winning
The Honeymooners: The Lost Episodes campaign
named Campaign of the Year by CTAM, cable's
highest marketing honor. |

Morgan Webb is host of the

a daiy video report covering the day's

gadgetry, and digital culture. Morgan Webb
also hosts the popular TV program X-Play.
Available in over 62 million homes and well
past its 500th episode, X-Play is TV's
longest-running and most-watched series
focused on videogames. She was rated the
51st sexiest woman in the world in 2007 by
the readers of FHM, but what truly inspires
loyalty in her legions of fans is the fact
she is as steeped in technology as they are.
A web engineer before stumbling into a
career in television, Ms. Webb has been
building and modifying her own computers for
years, and is a lifelong hardcore gamer.

Daisy Whitney has written for a
number of publications including TelevisionWeek,
Advertising Age, Shape, Business 2.0 and The
Denver Post. She is currently TelevisionWeek's
new media reporter, extensively covering
broadband video, interactive television,
video-on-demand, mobile programming, digital
video recording and high-definition television.
In particular she has examined the impact of new
and emerging technology on the advertising
industry. She also writes regularly for
Advertising Age and Media covering trends in
television, online and advertising. As an expert
on new media technology, Daisy consults on new
media and speaks regularly at industry events.
She also served as a guest commentator on Clear
Channel-owned 850 KOA radio in Denver. Her
freelance articles have appeared in Canada's The
Globe and Mail, Miami Herald, New Media Age,
Extra Extra, Multichannel News, Natural Health
and Consumers Digest. Daisy graduated from Brown
University in 1994 with a degree in art history. |
